The Fast 800 vegan meal replacement shakes are based on the principles of a Mediterranean-style diet, high in protein, fibre and healthy fats. While real food is always recommended first, the shakes are a convenient, yet nutritious, on-the-go alternative and can be consumed on both fasting and non-fasting days.
Unfortunately, a lot of meal replacement shakes on the market fail to fit the core, evidence-based philosophies of The Fast 800. This made it difficult to incorporate existing shakes, which are typically high in sugar, artificial sweeteners, fillers, unnecessary additives and/or carbohydrates, into The Fast 800 diet. So, we took things into our own hands.
Made with entirely natural dairy-free and gluten-free ingredients, The Fast 800 vegan meal replacement shakes are designed to keep you full and satisfied until your next meal.

Vegan shakes, developed to give the plant-based nutrient blend to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day.
For a 200-calorie shake, add 5 level scoops (50g) of shakes powder to 200-300mL water in a shaker or blender. Shake or blend well and your shake is ready to drink!
If you’re looking for an even creamier texture, swap the water for unsweetened almond milk or your favourite milk alternative.
Keep in mind that no shake should make up the majority of your diet. We recommend enjoying no more than 1-2 shakes per day, or 8-10 shakes per week, alongside moderately low-carb, Mediterranean-style meals.

Here are a few other ideas to shake up your shake on fasting days:
- Like all meals, personal taste is important. Experiment with your shakes and the amount of liquid you add, up to 400ml.
- Add ice to your blender for a frappe-style shake.
- Add a handful of frozen berries and a pinch of cinnamon.
On non-fasting days, you could also:
- Blend unsweetened coconut yoghurt in place of milk.
