The Fast 800 is a science-led online health business with a loyal global customer base and a clear purpose: helping people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and behaviour change.
We are seeking a full time, experienced Brand Manager to join our small, friendly, and highly collaborative team based in the UK. This role will be a fixed term one year position to cover the maternity leave of our permanent and highly experienced Brand Manager who is based in Australia.
Role description
Reporting to the CMO, this senior position is responsible for ensuring the long-term strategic goals of the brand are supported by day-to-day execution.
You are responsible for leading the brand’s visual and narrative transformation—including carefully honoring Dr. Michael Mosley’s incredible legacy—while ensuring consistency across digital platforms and product packaging. Overseeing the Social Media & Content Manager, as well as the Partnerships Manager and the Creative Pod, you will turn deep customer insights into high-performing content pillars and strategic reach.
Ultimately, your role is to safeguard the brand’s integrity while scaling its reach through sophisticated storytelling, rigorous creative guardrails, and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities:
Brand equity & identity
● Successful rollout of the new brand architecture and visual identity across all touchpoints (packaging, website, social) within the agreed timeline
● Maintain a high level of adherence to brand guardrails and tone of voice across all departments
● Successful implementation of the Dr. Michael Mosley legacy strategy, measured by audience engagement with legacy-related content
● Successful delivery of customer survey processes delivering updated customer personas and survey analysis that leads to clearer support for the customer journey.
● Define and oversee content pillars
Operational & team leadership
● Optimisation of workflow processes to reduce content turnaround time while staying within the allocated budget.
● Performance and retention of the Social Media & Content Manager and the Partnerships Manager.
● Effective management of the agencies (PR and affiliate strategy) ensuring all deliverables are met on time and provide a positive ROI.

- UI copy to long-form storytelling and EDMs
- Experience building sign-off frameworks and workflow systems
- Comfortable liaising with web developers and interpreting website analytics to guide brand reach and conversion opportunities
Attributes
- An uncompromising eye for detail and consistency, with the ability to define and enforce brand guardrails across a global team.
