Role description

This role involves supporting, motivating and coaching our Fast 800 online programme members via. our online forum and email support. Questions that you will be expected to answer include, but are not limited to: questions about the general layout/ structure of the online programme, house-keeping questions (i.e. ‘how to’ questions), nutrition related questions, exercise related questions, and research/ science related questions. This will require:

Active engagement across forums and throughout the community on a daily basis as a Fast 800 Coach.

Assisting with the support inbox queries. This is where our members write in with forum related style questions via. email when they do not want to post on the forum.


  • A background in a health ((i.e. sports science, PT, nutritionist, health coach, etc).
  • Strong technical/ computer skills
  • Past experience working with customers/ clients
  • Compassionate
  • Interested in health/fitness
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Further requirements

  • Based in Perth (flexibility to work from home from time to time)
  • Part time availability (20 hours per week).
  • Laptop & reliable internet access required.
  • Travel may be required from time to time.
