Suggested use: Take one capsule daily in the morning with food. Do not exceed the stated daily intake. Vitamins C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Iron and Magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

B vitamins are responsible for a host of functions in the body including helping the breakdown and release of energy from food, energy-production cycles and hormone and neurotransmitter production and function.

Vitamin B6 – helps the body form haemoglobin to transport oxygen around the body helping muscle function. B6 is required for the production of neurotransmitters responsible for regulating emotions – helping to alleviate feelings of stress. 

Vitamin B12 – required for red blood cell production (helping the delivery of oxygen) and nervous system support.
