A delicious, green smoothie bowl that is as healthy as it looks (yet tastes deliciously sweet!)
Low in sugar and high in protein and healthy fats to help you flip the metabolic switch and burn fat, instead of sugar. Along with our collection of bowls, this green smoothie bowl will add a pop of colour to your day and a punch of flavour and nutrients too!

Ingredients
- 50 The Fast 800 Vanilla Shakes powder or Vegan Shakes powder
- 100ml water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 apple
- 20g spinach
- 5g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Instructions
- Blitz the shakes powder with water, ice, spinach and half the apple - pour into a bowl and let it thicken for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice (or spiralise) the remaining apple and place on top with the pepitas (pumpkin seeds).
