Many of us crave a coffee fix when we need a little extra energy. This iced protein latte recipe marries together that usual caffeine hit with our sweet Salted Caramel Shake to create a delicious drink that not only boosts your energy, but boosts your protein and fibre intake as well. Protein has been shown to improve energy levels so, paired with a shot of coffee, this protein latte recipe really is the ultimate pick-me-up. And, it’s especially quenching on a sunny day!

At under 300 calories, just one of these protein lattes contains over a third of your recommended daily protein, and almost a quarter of your recommended fibre.
