The Fast 800 shakes are made with natural ingredients to support people in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They’re rich in protein and fibre to keep you full and support your metabolism.
Ready in 30 seconds, these shakes are ideal for breakfast in place of the bowl of cereal, or a quick lunch or dinner when you don’t have time to cook.

Recommended use
Whether at work, cooking a separate meal for the family, or just can’t quite face the washing up, make yourself a shake!
We recommend food first; try not to replace more than two meals daily or 8-10 per week.
How to Use
For a <200kcal meal, add 50g (approx. 5 scoops) of shakes powder to 300-400ml of water. For easy use, check out our stainless steel scoop.
Shake well and enjoy!
For a creamier texture, try adding unsweetened almond milk (≈25kcal per 200ml serving) or any other milk of your preference.

Some tips to help you reach your goals and get the best out of the shakes.
- If too sweet or too thick, try adding more liquid to the shakes – try 300ml or even 400ml to taste
- Try blending yoghurt with the shakes in place of milk
- Use instead of cereal for breakfast and see how much longer your energy remains throughout the day
- Blend in berries or a dash of cinnamon to add to the taste
- Add a splash of peppermint extract – for a minty edge to the shake

How this shake is different to our others
From the beginning, we have remained committed to being one of the only shakes on the market to include an impactful amount of fibre. Along with protein and fats, fibre is crucial for gut and metabolic health and overall wellbeing.
We’ve never been shy that our shakes had gut-loving texture, but we understand it hasn’t been to everyone’s taste. We’ve worked hard to bring you a fibre-filled shake using proven ingredients with a smoother texture.
In this new, smooth whey recipe, we’ve kept the nutrition from our original shakes, but transitioned to a smoother fibre source – inulin, which is derived from chicory root.
