Christmas Spiced Mocha

Cold brew iced coffee in glass with cinnamon stick

Serves 1

½ cup coffee
½ cup full fat milk
2 tsp raw cacao powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high until combined.
  2. Pour liquid mixture into a saucepan and heat on a medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Serve in a festive mug.

Note: Because of the carbohydrate content of this beverage, please enjoy alongside a low calorie main meal to avoid spikes in blood glucose.
