Festive Raspberry Thick Shake

Thick raspberry shake

Ingredients

60g raspberries
75g full fat plain Greek yogurt
50ml full fat milk
1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place raspberries into bowl and crush to release juices.
  2. Combine yogurt, milk and vanilla together in a separate bowl and then lightly fold in the berries.
  3. Pour mixture into festive glass and serve with a spoon.

Note: Because of the carbohydrate content of this beverage, please enjoy alongside a low calorie main meal to avoid spikes in blood glucose.
