Dr Michael Mosley’s Diet Plan: Rapid Weight Loss

The first of Michael Mosley’s diet plan approaches is rapid weight loss which can be achieved by one of two methods: The Very Fast 800 or The Fast 800 Keto. These best suit those who have lots of weight to lose, and plenty of motivation. The rapid weight loss approach is safe to follow, but recommended only for up to 12 weeks or until you reach a healthy BMI, whichever comes first.
