Ingredients

Green Smoothie Bowl Method

  1. Blitz the shakes powder with water, ice, spinach and half the apple – pour into a bowl and let it thicken for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Slice (or spiralise) the remaining apple and place on top with the pepitas (pumpkin seeds).

Notes

If you’re staying at home and have limited access to the supermarket, you can swap pepitas for coconut flakes, flaked almonds or simply remove them from the recipe.
