We appreciate you might be worried about the impact of Coronavirus and we wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you and The Fast 800 community during this time.
Keeping up with your Mediterranean way of eating, getting a good night’s sleep and keeping active are all key in supporting your wellbeing and we are here to help as much as possible. The Fast 800 team is continuing to operate, as usual, and we will be doing our best to support our community by providing relevant content, useful information and practical tips. Our aim is to listen and engage in uplifting conversations through our online programme member community, our newsletters and website content, and via our social channels on Facebook and Instagram.
I also want to assure all of our online programme members that you have continuous access to the programme and The Fast 800 coaches are still there to support you, they will just be working from the comfort of their own homes for the time being. We encourage you to reach out to the forum, where many of your colleagues are keen to share and care. It’s a helpful resource for staying positive and healthy during this time.
For our UK members, please rest assured that our shakes distribution has not been affected. We are still able to get our convenience shakes to you with no problem and we are on track to launch the shakes in Australia this year.
I understand this is an uncertain and difficult time and I encourage you all to be kind and to support one another. Some members of the community will need more help than others and one of the best things you can do is to ensure that you take care of yourself so that you can look after others when they need it.
As this situation continues to evolve, we will update you with any additional changes. In the meantime, stay healthy and safe – we will get through this together.
