These Shakes are designed to effortlessly fit into a fasting (or non-fasting) lifestyle – made famous by the work of Dr Michael Mosley. In each 200-calorie serving, we’ve included more than 20g of protein, a substantial dose of fibre and filling healthy fats. With no artificial ingredients, they are ideal meals on the go or when you simply don’t have the time or capacity to cook.

Recommended use
The products in this bundle are intended to be used alongside a healthy diet.
This bundle provides 30 serves of shakes, which can be used as ~200-calorie meals when you’re in a rush out the door, or haven’t got the opportunity to cook. Enjoy up to 1-2 daily, with water, your choice of milk or as the base of a smoothie. You can even ask our team for some recipes to try!
You’ll notice our Chocolate Shake has a smoother consistency and slightly different, though still natural, ingredients than the Vanilla and Strawberry Shakes. This flavour is in our Smooth Shake range and provides comparable nutrition to our Original Shake range.
How to use
Your Shakes are designed to provide convenient support when you need it most. See below an example day including The Fast 800 Shakes:
- Start the day with a low-carb breakfast with sources of protein and fibre.
- Make a quick Shake for lunch at just 200 calories and with more than 20g of protein, and almost 8g of fibre.
- Finish the day with a Mediterranean-style dinner with a protein source and vegetables.
