Every 45g Protein Bar is high in protein and fibre, low in carbohydrates with no added sugar or artificial ingredients.

Recommended Use
The Fast 800 Protein Bar is not a meal in itself, but can be enjoyed as a quick and convenient protein source alongside a Mediterranean-style diet. The Fast 800 recommends consuming no more than two Protein Bars on any given day.
