Our new tasty Coffee Crunch Protein Bars are made from all natural ingredients with 13.8g of protein and 9.3g of fibre giving you the benefits of a Mediterranean-style diet, with the convenience of a quick protein boost.

Every 45g Protein Bar is high in protein and fibre, low in carbohydrates with no added sugar or artificial ingredients.

They contain all natural ingredients, plus they’re suitable for vegetarians and vegans!

Recommended use

The Fast 800 Protein Bar is not a meal in itself, but can be enjoyed as a quick and convenient protein source alongside a Mediterranean-style diet. The Fast 800 recommends consuming no more than two Protein Bars on any given day.
