Strawberry smoothie bowl – a delicious and healthy bowl, created by our nutritionist to provide a balance of healthy fats, fibre and protein. This is a simple, quick breakfast, that looks like something you’d find in a cafe, feels more like dessert and tastes as great as it looks.
While many associate smoothie bowls with a healthy lifestyle, not all of them are that great for you. However, the beauty of them is that you can pick and choose ingredients that align to a Mediterranean-style diet, and cut out the sugary stuff that often makes them quite unhealthy. When preparing a delicious smoothie bowl, it’s important to make sure you find a balance of healthy fats and protein to keep you full and satisfied until your next meal. This is exactly why we’ve used our shakes powder in this recipe to give you a nutrient boost that will keep you fuelled throughout your day.
This strawberry smoothie bowl is a fantastic breakfast, or lunch if you prefer, option that will ensure you stay fuller for longer in just 260 calories. If you’re on-the-go, simply add a little more water, pop it in a bottle and take it with you.

Notes
- If you're staying at home, make use of what you have in; any berries can be used in place of strawberries and raspberries. Also, you can swap hemp seeds for chia seeds, flax seeds or simply remove them from the recipe.
- The nutritional information for this recipe is based on the UK shakes. We manufacture our UK shakes in the UK and our Australian shakes in Australia. This means there’s a very slight variance in the ingredients and nutrition between the two.
