  1. Blitz the shakes powder with water, ice, spinach and half the apple - pour into a bowl and let it thicken for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Slice (or spiralise) the remaining apple and place on top with the pepitas (pumpkin seeds).

Notes

  • If you’re staying at home and have limited access to the supermarket, you can swap pepitas for coconut flakes, flaked almonds or simply remove them from the recipe.
