They can also cost you a fortune with expensive “health” ingredients and mounds of fresh, tropical fruit. Our chocolate smoothie bowl, created by our in-house nutritionist, will keep you fuller for longer with plenty of fibre, healthy fats and protein, using just a few ingredients that don’t just look great but do great too!

Ingredients
- 50g The Fast 800 Chocolate Shakes powder
- 100ml water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 50g assorted berries (fresh or frozen)
- 5g coconut flakes
- 5g pepitas/pumpkin seeds
Method
- Blitz the shakes powder with water and ice – pour into a bowl and let it set for 5-10 minutes.
- Arrange fresh berries, coconut and pepitas/pumpkin seeds on top
