I am 52, have type 2 diabetes, fibromyalgia and high blood pressure. Plus my weight just kept going up, even while eating what I thought was a healthy diet. I was desperate for a solution. Before I began the program officially, I started to lower my calories and follow some of the recipes in the book. Then when I began the 12 week program, I had already lowered my calories over a couple of weeks to 1,000.
Moving to 800 calories wasn’t too hard because I was completely satisfied. Full-fat truly works. The meal plans were great and easy to prepare. I noticed that fruits tasted so much sweeter to me. I was missing real flavour before the diet. The support on the site was invaluable and helped me navigate the pitfalls that were in my path of success
Now for the results. I had a 48″ waistline that now it is 43″. My A1C was at 7.9 and now it’s at 7.2. My blood sugars went from 190 to 90-105, and I’ve lost 31 pounds. My blood pressure is normal and I have less pain with my fibromyalgia.
