Nourish Your Body with this Warming Shake

Soothe your soul and nourish your body with this delicious, warming shake recipe that offers about a third of your daily protein recommendation.

The capsaicin in the cayenne pepper will stimulate a heat response from your body. It combines beautifully with the pleasant flavour and warm smell of cinnamon.

Ingredients:

50g The Fast 800 Chocolate Shakes Powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
250ml unsweetened almond milk
Chilli flakes for garnish

Method:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in pot over low heat until desired temperature is reached. Serve in a mug and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
  2. Alternatively, shake it all together and enjoy cold.
