When research scientist Steve, 55, started his weight loss journey, he was feeling unhappy and uncomfortable in his body. Where it all started
I was sick of being ‘big Steve’ [and] I was just not a happy person in the body I was in. It’s just uncomfortable being that big. Even simple things like sitting in an airline seat and getting in and out of the car was not easy.

Steve’s hard-earned results
