Role description
We are looking for an experienced lifecycle and retention specialist to own our Klaviyo ecosystem. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the customer journey; ensuring every subscriber receives the right message at the right time. This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of data, consumer behaviour, and commercial growth.

Responsibilities
Lifecycle and automation
- Build, manage and optimise automated user journeys (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back, Post-Purchase) to drive conversion and long-term retention
- Own the health of our Klaviyo accounts, including deliverability monitoring, list cleaning, and ensuring strict GDPR compliance
- Develop clear pathways between our app-based programme and our physical products, ensuring a seamless “One Brand” experience for the customer
Campaign execution and planning
- Execute weekly BAU (Business As Usual) email campaigns, from template building to final deployment
- Work alongside the Performance Marketing Manager on monthly and quarterly planning to align email activity with broader business targets
- Partner with the Content Manager and design freelancer to brief and produce high-performing assets
Growth and personalisation
- Manage and optimise onsite capture points (pop-ups and sign-up forms) to feed our community growth goals
- Implement advanced audience segmentation and use personalisation to increase relevance and engagement metrics
Testing, analysis and reporting
- Propose and execute rigorous tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation to constantly optimise
- Report on email results, focusing on campaign revenue and flow performance
- Beyond reporting the numbers, provide actionable recommendations on how we can achieve growth and improve organic conversion
Requirements and experience
Experience
- 2+ years (minimum) hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM/ESP tools
- Examples of previous work that shows experience in template building plus mobile / desktop optimisation
- Strong understanding of segmentation, flow logic, conditional splits, and deliverability
- Track record of growing email and SMS as a percentage of total revenue
- Experience with ecommerce brands/ DTC desired
- Fluent understanding of GDPR
- Copywriting experience
