Personal Trainer and Exercise Video Producer

Location: Within Perth metro area with capacity to travel as required for studio filming

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at The Fast 800. As a Personal Trainer and Exercise Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating professional quality resistance and HIIT workout videos (alongside our team) for our online programme members.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, and able to create effective workouts that can be easily followed at home by our members. They should be able to demonstrate exercises clearly and concisely, and be comfortable teaching others in front of a camera.

Our target demographic are mainly females aged 39-60, however anyone over the age of 18 can technically join the programme. Experience with training this age group is desired, please do specify this experience in covering letter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme high-quality resistance and HIIT workout videos for our online weight loss programme members
• Assist the Exercise Manager with projects relating to the online programme
• Design workout plans that cater to different fitness levels and goals
• Demonstrate exercises clearly and concisely, while teaching members how to perform them correctly
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the workouts are aligned with the company’s values and goals
• Stay up-to-date with current fitness industry and incorporate new trends into workout plans when appropriate

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
• Pilates instructor qualification is desired
• Experience in creating workout videos, preferably on an online platform
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate exercises clearly
• Experience in video production and editing
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
