Role description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Health Coach for The Fast 800 online programme. 

In this role, you will apply your industry-specific training and health knowledge to elevate the member experience across The Fast 800 Community and inbound support channels. You will be responsible for managing and responding to member inquiries with a high degree of empathy and accuracy, ensuring every interaction drives engagement, personal success, and long-term retention. 

As a collaborative member of the Programme team, you will contribute to departmental objectives, develop content, and offer support as needed. 

We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in an evolving business environment and acts as a dedicated advocate for both The Fast 800 brand and the well-being of our global member community.

Responsibilities:

• Identify member needs and provide tailored guidance to help them navigate programme features and achieve their health goals within the scope of The Fast 800.
• Walk members through technical or programme-related challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, taking ownership until resolved.
• Manage and respond to assigned member enquiries across all platforms, ensuring every interaction is supportive, accurate, and aligned with The Fast 800 ethos.
• Effectively manage complaints with empathy and professional judgment, ensuring higher-level issues are escalated according to business standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry developments and relevant health science to ensure our “best practices” remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Assist in the maintenance and expansion of the team FAQ database and content library to ensure members have access to the most accurate information.
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of team procedures to provide consistent, high-quality support across all products and services.
• Ensure all internal and external communication is recorded accurately using agreed-upon tools and methods to maintain data integrity.
• Identify and recommend modifications to existing procedures and workflows to improve team efficiency and the overall member experience where necessary.
• Work closely with the Programme Team to execute objectives, ensuring your daily output contributes to long-term business goals.
• Provide consistent, constructive feedback on internal processes and identify opportunities for specialised team training.
• Adapt to and embrace new responsibilities as the team and business expand.
• Actively demonstrate and advocate for company values.

Requirements

• Health related degree – can be in progress (nutrition/dietetics, exercise physiology, pharmacy, etc.) 
• Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great computer literacy
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Video editing skills would be a bonus
• Customer service experience preferable
• Right to work in the UK or Australia

Further requirements

• Based in Australia (Perth) or UK
• 15-20 hrs per week, with weekend availability
• Must be comfortable having face on the programme and also potential external marketing (socials, website, etc.)
